I am not your usual homemaker. I don’t love this shit. I don’t love cleaning, cooking. I do love decluttering, tho!
The less I own, the less I have to keep tidy and clean. And I do love organizing, because an organized home helps my unorganized ADHD mind work better.
I’ve never been diagnosed with ADHD, though all the signs and symptoms are there.
Funny enough, the advices given to people with ADHD on productivity and home organization are all things, I’ve instinctivly been doing all my life. Now I know, it’s not just me. There’s many of us out there. Undiagnosed, tough, self-sufficient and creative women who just need to approach things differently.
Vlogs

… of my generation, I am of the humble opinion, that my day is better than your day. On those rare occasion when I feel like it, I’ll share vlogs of my day as an unusual homemaker/ evil step-mother/ partner/ working woman with ADHD.
Clean & Declutter
-
… that the main reason I film myself cleaning is, that it helps me get the cleaning done. The combination of focussing on cleaning and filming, while draining - don’t get me wrong, helps me keep my cleaning on track. That weird ADHD brain of mine needs to multitask.

… has been DECLUTTERING.
The less I own, the less I clean, the less I leave around the house, the less I need to organize, the less distractors there are.
I regularly declutter. I don’t even buy much. But things need to go after a while to keep my house organized. Also, the serotonin decluttering gives me… BRO!
Home Make-Over

… do things properly and invest, too rich to acknowledge my limited potential.
That’s my state of mind when it comes to rennovating rooms, interior design and room make-overs.
When I make over, it’s not only about “looks” but also about “efficiency and functionality”.
